Our care team will work closely with you and your family to create a personalised care plan which is reviewed on a regular basis. We want your care plan to be as personal to you as possible and therefore value you and your family’s assistance in its development and review. 

We take a holistic approach to the needs of young people with challenging behaviours and young people involved in, or at risk of offending. We strive to achieve the five outcomes identified in “Every Child Matters”: being healthy, staying safe, enjoying and achieving, making a positive contribution and achieving economic well-being. These principles and values are central to our work and service as we strive for young people to meet the five outcomes identified. 

We have a number of properties strategically placed around Bristol and Gloucester. All the properties are placed in the heart of the community and are surrounded by amenities.
